The different contracts

• The exclusive contract :

You give the sale of your property exclusively to 3 Vallées Immobilier. For an inflexible minimum period of 3 months, the sale cannot be undertaken through another agency or directly with a purchaser yourself.

• The simple contract :

3 Vallées Immobilier does not have the sales exclusivity. You are free to sell your property through another agency or directly with the purchaser yourself.

• The semi-exclusive contract :

The semi-exclusive contract leaves the exclusivity with a sole agent, but you are able to look for a purchaser yourself. If you find a potential purchaser, we finish the deal together.

• Contract length :

The contract can be signed for a limited or unlimited period. It often includes a minimum obligatory period of 3 months, with the possibility to cancel the contract by recommended letter at least 15 days before the end of the contract.
If no recommended letter is received, the contract is tacitly continued for a year, after which the contract is automatically terminated.
